Carolyn Elefant

Carolyn Elefant, is a recognized changemaking lawyer in the energy industry who has pioneered novel policy approaches and precedent that helped lay the foundation for today’s transition to a carbon-free energy economy. Following her graduation from Cornell Law School and employment as an attorney-advisor at FERC and an associate at two national law firms, Carolyn’s established her own practice, the Law Offices of Carolyn Elefant (LOCE) in 1993.
